The Educational Technologies are not a single technology
but a complex combination of hardware and software and human intelligence: such
technologies can use a combination of audio channel, of computers' codes or of
different programming languages, of data, of graphic, videos and texts. Although
the technological applications are characterised in terms of their hardware
features, from the educational point of view what has to be considered in the
nature of the instruction that arrives to the subjects, more than the equipment
and the medium through which the instruction goes.
